Saturday we went to the Keene Pumpkin Festival for our 2nd time! It's just so neat to see all the streets lined with pumpkins. Rows and rows... pumpkin mania! Keene is the cutest little town in Cheshire country- about 2 hrs west of us. Settled in 1736 it is home to Keene State College and Antioch University New England. (FYI- for you college goers out there :) NH is a GREAT place to live!)
A couple weekends ago I had taken a field trip with my photography group to Harrisville which is out this way... and we noticed this pumpkin patch down below FULL of pumpkins. So I tried to get a "drive-by" shot for ya. It was just too cool!!! :-)
Here we are... last year Keene had 22,943 lit pumpkins!
